As I was eating, however, the crazies started to roam. When it gets warm out, all the strange people of New York City come out of the woodwork.
This man was walking around in body paint, then he started riding a bike, then he started modeling for his friend who was taking pictures, then he began singing with these random people (what he is doing in the picture) and then he started riding his bike again, this time singing Queen.
Really random...
