Spider Baby

So I've recently been cast in a community theatre production here in Texas. Its called Spider Baby--yes, its based on the horror film.
The story line is a little--okay, very--twisted.
My character, Virginia, is a young girl who lives with her older brother and sister. They have a caretaker, named Bruno, who was their father's friend. Their father passed away. They are all mentally challenged.
Virginia likes spiders (she is the spider baby) and she kills people by "stinging" them with butcher knives.

I mean, if that isn't enough already.
There is incest, murder, cannibalism--you name it, this show probably has it.
And the music is, well, rock.

I am excited to be a part of this show, but also questioning the sanity of some people...
