Over the past few months, I have been working on losing weight. I started the semester at 143, and now am down to 130.
My ultimate goal is between 115 and 120.
But these last few pounds are getting harder and harder to lose.
SO I've created a plan that will help me want to lose the weight faster (which means eating less and working out more).
Under 130 for a week: New workout shirt or pants
125: New dress
120-115: Day of shopping
And since I've posted it online, I HAVE to stick to it.
So here we go, lets make this happen! :]
And you can do it too!

ReplyDeleteim happy you're committed to being healthy, just remember that it's for health reasons. You already lookin' good even at the start of the sem so dont worry too much about numbers :)
